A. Account Data (Personal Data)
This is the information you provide directly to us when you create an account, manage your profile, or communicate with us.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:

- With Sub-processors: Cloud hosting providers and email service providers — prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to AppRevBooster.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law or valid requests by public authorities.
- Team Management: Team Member Name, Email, Role, and Activity Logs are shared with Account Administrators for internal management.
Google Sign-In and OAuth Specific Disclosures
When you use Google Sign-In, you are granting us access to your:
- Google Account ID, Name, and Email Address (for login and account creation)
- Google Ads and AdMob Account IDs and performance data (via OAuth tokens)
Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures including:
- OAuth 2.0 for connecting AD network accounts — we never store your AD network passwords
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access controls and Role Management to limit team member access
- Secure storage of API keys and tokens
Used strictly in adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Used strictly in adherence to the Apple API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Upon Account Termination: We will delete or anonymize your Personal Data and AD Network Data within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal obligations.
Integration Deletion: If you delete a linked account, we cease accessing that data immediately and initiate secure deletion within 30 days.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location (EU/EEA, California), you may have:
- Right to Access: Request copies of the Personal Data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your Personal Data, subject to legal exceptions.

Children's Information
